"RESTAURANT ECUADOR" opened its doors in 1985, became in one of the pioneers offering in Chicago the best delicious dishes, no only the most tipical of the ecuatorian coast, but the best taste of the mountains and sierra.

El objetive of the current administration of the "RESTAURANT ECUADOR", is to continue with the premises of its founder, whom a quarter century ago, in the vicinity's Quito city, would found the first restaurant with the best dishes of the ecuatorian sierra. El objetivo de la actual administración del “RESTAURANTE ECUADOR”, es continuar con las premisas de su fundador, quien hace un cuarto de siglo, en inmediaciones de la ciudad de Quito, fundara el primer restaurantes con los mejores platillos de la sierra ecuatoriana.
